Hierarchy V2 X button to clear search query is missing after using the Find References In Scene function

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open TestScene
3. Select an object in the Hierarchy
4. Right-click and select the Find References In Scene option
5. Observe the Search field

Actual results: The X button to clear the search query is missing

Expected results: X button to clear the search query is present

 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.0a6

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a1 (Hierarchy V2 not available)

 

Reproducible with (OS): macOS 15.6.1, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• The issue does not occur when using Hierarchy V1
