Hierarchy v2: scroller position should not reset when entering playmode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a large scene 
2. Scroll to the middle of the hierarchy window
3. Enter playmode

Actual results: scroller position resets to the top

Expected results: Scroller position should not reset

Reproducible with versions: 6.3+

Not reproducible with versions:
