Enabling Override Variant Limit toggle Warning Threshold value gets set to 8

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings > Shader Graph
3. Confirm Warning Threshold is set to 16
4. Enable Override Variant Limit toggle

Actual results: Warning Threshold gets set to 8

Expected results: Warning Threshold value doesn't change

Reproducible with versions: 
6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4

Can’t test with versions: 
6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.15f1 - no toggle available

Tested on (OS): 
Macbook M1 MacOS Sequoia 15.5

Notes:

•  If togle is disabled again the value doesn't go ack to 16 it stays at 8
