IMGUI Debugger Instructions are flickering when the Inspected View is set to Scene and mouse cursor is moved over the Scene View

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the IMGUI Debugger window (Window > Analysis > IMGUI Debugger)
3. Select "Scene" as the Inspected View in the IMGUI Debugger window
4. Hover mouse cursor over the Scene View
5. Observe the IMGUI Debugger window

Actual results: IMGUI Debugger window results section is flickering

Expected results: The results section is not flickering

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1

Notes:

• Does not happen with other windows selected in the Inspected View, only with Scene
