Project Auditor's Search contains a leftover Category block entry

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Project Auditor window
3. Select the Code Issues section
4. Press the Open in Search button
5. Switch to Query builder mode
6. Press + button to add a new block
7. Expand and scroll through the provided categories

Actual results: Category list contains "First Custom Category" leftover entry

Expected results: No leftover or placeholder categories are present in the provided categories list

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a1, 6000.6.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7 (Open in Search button is not present)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.4.1
