Project Auditor's "Install Rules" button has to be pressed twice to proceed when any compilation error in the Editor is present

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and import the attached "Test" Script
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Project Auditor
3. Click "Install Rules" and observe the results

Expected results: "Start Analysis" button is active once the rules are installed
Actual results: "Install Rules" button should be clicked again to proceed

Reproducible with: 6000.4.8f1, 6000.5.0b9, 6000.6.0a5
