Help Box Icon and "read more" link in the "Shader Graph" settings window are not aligned with the latest Help Box style guide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings" ->"Shader Graph"
3. Observe the help box icon and "read more" areas

Actual results: The icon in the help box section is too big. The "read more" starts from the small cap and is displayed on the left side of the help box area

Expected results: Help box icon should be smaller. "read more" should be updated to "Learn More" and it should be displayed on the right side of the help box. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section that represents a really good example from the "Package Manager" settings window.

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
