How to reproduce:

Open the attached "IN-142681_VisualEffectPropertyPreview" project
Open the SampleScene
Select the "Simple Burst" GameObject
Ensure the Size property (Visual Effect > Properties > Size) is disabled in the Inspector
Open the Timeline tab (Window > Sequencing > Timeline)
Select the "Timeline" GameObject in the hierarchy
Go back to the "Simple Burst" GameObject
Observe the checked Size property (Visual Effect > Properties > Size)

Actual result: The Size property is checked
Expected result: The Size property is unchecked

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5
