How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Package Manager (Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager)
3. Click on the plus sign in the top left corner of the Package Manager window -> "Install package by technical name" -> use "com.unity.xr.interaction.toolkit" to install
4. Go to "Edit -> Project Settings -> XR Plugin Management -> XR Interaction Toolkit"
5. Enable "Use XR Interaction Simulator in Scenes" and press "OK"
6. Enable "Use Classic XR Device Simulator" and press "Cancel"
7. Observe the XR Interaction Toolkit settings
Actual result: "Use XR Interaction Simulator in Scenes" becomes disabled, "Use Classic XR Device Simulator" is greyed out and not interactable
Expected result: "Use Classic XR Device Simulator" stays disabled, nothing else changes
Reproducible with: 3.3.1 (6000.3.14f1) 3.5.0-pre.2 (6000.6.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Workaround: Enabling “Use XR Interaction Simulator in Scenes” again and then disabling “Use Classic XR Device Simulator”
