"OpenXR" button text rendering is truncated in XR Plug-in Management settings when Display Scale is set to 150% and above

How to reproduce:

1. Go to OS Settings and change your Display Scale to 150%
2. Create a new project using VR template
3. Go to Edit > Project Settings
4. In the left pane, click on XR Plug-in Management
5. Keep the Project Settings window open for an extended period of time
6. Observe the "Open..." button text under the OpenXR section

Actual result: The "Open..." button text is truncated
Expected result: The "Open..." button text is rendered clearly in full as ”OpenXR”

Reproducible with: 1.10.0 (6000.0.2f1), 1.17.1 (6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a7)
