"Terrain Simple" description text has too large spacing in the Shader Graph creation window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create  a project (Universal 2D)
2. Go to the "Project" window
3. Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> From Template
4. Select "Terrain Simple"
5. Review its description

Actual results: Description is displayed with two quite big empty spaces

Expected results: Spaces between the paragraphs should be consistent with spaces in other descriptions

Reproducible with versions:  17.4.0(6000.4.0a3), 17.3.0(6000.3.0b6)

Not reproducible with versions: 17.3.0(6000.3.0a1) as templates feature landed only in 000.3.0a2

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.7.1
