HelpBox visuals in the "Player" settings window are not aligned with the latest style guide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
3. Select the "Player" item
4. Observe the help box UI

Actual results: The icon is too big, and the section is too small

Expected results: The icon should be smaller, and the section size should be adjusted to a new design

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a2

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
