Misaligned original Release Date lines in Release Tab of an Assets in Package Manager

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager
3. Navigate to the My Assets section
4. Select available asset
5. Open the Release tab of the asset
6. Observe the "Original release date" lines at the bottom of the window

Actual results: the two lines have different spaces on their sides

Expected results: the two lines are aligned evenly 

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a10
