Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Hover mouse over Asset Store or Unity Version Control button icons
3. Hover mouse on the sides of the button and observe
Actual results: “Asset Store” tooltip appears when hovering over the middle of the button, “Store Hold Command to drag and move” tooltip appears when hovering on the sides of the button
Expected results: Only “Asset Store” or “Store Hold Command to drag and move” tooltip appears
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a2
Couldn’t reproduce with versions: 2021.3.54f1, 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10 (No tooltips on the top-left Editor toolbar)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
