Saved Tile Palette Brush Names disappear after adjusting the Size of the picks and switching view mode to Grid

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Press the ' button to add the Tile Palette Brush Picks overlay to the Scene
4. Expand it
5. Press the Save button a couple of times to add a few brushes to the saved list
6. Collapse and re-expand the overlay
7. Switch the View mode to a List
8. Slightly decrease the size of the picks using the Slider
9. Switch the View mode to a Grid

Actual results: Saved Brush names are no longer displayed

Expected results: Saved Brush names remain displayed in the Overlay

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
