Cannot navigate to Slider elements next to each other horizontally that require "Tab" key press on keyboard when using a gamepad controller

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Connect the controller
3. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene“ scene
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Use the left analog stick to select the Slider element in the red area marked “Not working properly“
6. Use the left analog stick to select the next Slider element horizontally
7. Observe the Game View

Expected result: Able to select a Slider element next to another Slider element horizontally
Actual result: Unable to select a Slider element that is next to another Slider element horizontally with left analog stick or any other controller button

Reproducible with: 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.9f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.40f1

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
