Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
- Open the Unity Version Control Settings tab in the Project Settings window
- Dock the Project Settings window and do not close it
- Disable VCS by clicking on the "Disable" button
- Open Unity Version Control window (Window > Version Control > Unity Version Control)
- Observe the Unity Version Control window
- Create a workspace in the Unity Version Control window
- Observe the Project Settings window still saying VCS is disabled
- Reopen the Project Settings window
- Observe the Project Settings window
Actual results: VCS Workspace can be created even with VCS being disabled in Project Settings, after creating VCS Workspace the docked Project Settings window still shows that VCS is disabled but after reopening the Project Settings window it now shows that VCS is enabled
Expected results: VCS Workspace cannot be created when VCS is disabled in Project Settings, and Project Settings window should be repainted to reflect the changes instead of showing "Disabled" when in fact it is enabled
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1 (Due to Disable VCS feature not being in the Project Settings window)
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
