Pressing down on the keyboard does not select a search result when using Table View

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Search/Asset Database window
3. Type something that would return results, like "Scene"
4. Press the down arrow key

Expected result: the first search result is selected
Actual result: nothing is selected

Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2021.3.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.5f1, 2023.2.0a22
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a15
