Import Activity window search bar overlaps with other toolbar buttons when docked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Import Activity window (Window > Analysis > Import Activity)
3. Dock the Import Activity window
4. Resize the docked Import Activity window horizontally
5. Observe the toolbar of the Import Activity window

Actual results: The search bar overlaps with other toolbar buttons

Expected results: The search bar does not overlap with other buttons

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
