Unity Cloud icon does not appear next to project and does not connect correctly when the project is created with Cloud but closed right after creation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click New Project
3. Make sure it is a Cloud project and "Use Unity Version Control" is enabled
4. Close the project as soon as it opens
5. Observe Hub

Actual results: the project shows up as not connected to Cloud

Expected results: the project shows up as connected to Cloud

Reproducible with versions: 3.16.1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• Might be caused by closing the project before it properly connects to cloud, but the connection to Unity Version Control is shown correctly
• Might be not consistently reproducible
• Project does not reconnect when reopening
