The issue was resolved.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Unity Hub 3.13.0
Click on the Hub link in Saihai for 6000.3.0a1 download (unityhub://6000.3.0a1/4592b02ab560)
Observe Unity Hub 3.13.0

Actual results: "Unable to install" popup appears with the description "The Hub is unable to recognize this archived Editor version, Please try again later."

Expected results: Editor starts downloading/installing

Reproducible with versions: 3.13.0

Not reproducible with versions: 3.12.1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
