GUI Skin Asset dropdowns show expanded arrow icon but do not display content when opened with arrow keys

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create > GUI Skin
3. Select newly created Asset and click on the Inspector window
4. Press tab key until one of the collapsed dropdowns is selected
5. Press the right arrow key to expand the dropdown

Actual result: Dropdown arrow points downward indicating it is expanded, but no additional content is displayed
Expected result: Dropdown arrow points downward and the dropdown content becomes visible

Reproducible with: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2023.3.0a2 (No changes after pressing arrow key)

Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.4 (M4), Windows 11

Notes:

• Issue is not reproducible when clicking on the dropdown or pressing space key
• Issue is not reproducible with other Assets
