Action icon disappears when the Action has a long name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the "Assets/InputSystem_Actions.inputactions" input actions
3. Rename any action to have a long name
4. Observe the Input Actions Editor window

Actual results: The Action icon disappears

Expected results: The Action icon is visible

Reproducible with versions: 1.12.0 (6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1), 1.13.1, 1.14.2 (6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a5)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
