"Learn more" link under the "Text" in Ui Toolkit settings window opens manuals for the wrong Unity version

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings
3. Go to the "UI Toolkit"
4. Find the "Learn more" link
5. Click it

Actual results: The link opens the U6 manuals. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: The link should open the U6.2 version manuals.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.46f1
