How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager -> Universal Render Pipeline -> Samples -> URP Package Samples -> Import
3. Go to Assets -> Samples -> Universal Render Pipeline -> 17.4.0 -> URP Package Samples -> Shared Assets -> VolumeProfiles
4. Observe the folder
Expected results: The folder is not empty or doesn't exist
Actual results: The folder is empty
Reproducible with: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
