We're working on a general refresh to our UI/UX. We appreciate the observation of the graphical inconsistency, but we won't address this as an individual issue.
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP/HDRP project
2. Create a Shader Graph
3. In the Shader Graph add any node
4. Hover the cursor over the node
5. Observe the selection of the node
Expected result: Selection of the node has sharp corners
Actual result: Selection of the node has round corners
