Tile Palette Tilemap dropdown icons are not visible

The icons are only visible if you are hovering over the selected Tilemap. This is similar to the Hierarchy view where the icons are shown only when you are hovering over an item.

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
3. Create New Tilemap > From Tile Palette
4. Press on Tilemap dropdown and observe the selection icons

Actual result: Rectangles are seen instead of the icons
Expected result: Icons are visible

Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b2
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2021.3.56f1 (No Tilemap icons)

Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.6 (Intel)

Note: Icons can only be seen when hovering over the dropdown selection but they’re barely visible on Light Theme
