Visual Effect Graph "Direction" gizmo is set to a random position/location in Scene view and moves with the Scene camera when panning or moving

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using a High Definition 3D Template
2. Go to Assets > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effects Graph
3. Select any not empty template (e.g. Simple Trail) and Create
4. Drag the created graph into the Hierarchy
5. Open the created graph
6. Dock it so that both Scene view and VFX Graph window are visible in the Editor
7. in the VFX Graph window, in Initialize block, select the "Set Velocity from Direction & Speed" node
8. Observe a gizmo appears in the Scene view
9. In the Scene view, pan or move with the mouse
10. Observe the gizmo

Actual results: The gizmo changes position and moves along with scene camera

Expected results: The gizmo is set in specific spot and does not move along with scene camera

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.2 (M1)

Notes:

• Shape gizmo in the "Set Position Shape" appears to work correctly and has a fixed position in the Scene
• Additionally the "Frame Gizmo in Scene" button in the Visual Effect Model overlay appears to have no functionality and does nothing
