IAP Catalog ID and Type fields get inverted when the IAP Catalog window is docked and resized

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the In-App Purchasing package
3. Create a new IAP Button (GameObject > In-App Purchasing > IAP Button)
4. Open the IAP Catalog in the Inspector window
5. Dock the IAP Catalog window
6. Resize the docked IAP Catalog window
7. Observe the ID and Type fields 

Actual results: The ID and Type fields get inverted when resized to a smaller window

Expected results: The ID and Type fields do not get inverted when resized

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
