"The following asset(s) located in immutable packages were unexpectedly altered" Warning is thrown after enabling "Advanced Text Generator" in Project Settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using Universal 3D template
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > UI Toolkit
3. Under Text, enable "Advanced Text Generator"
4. Observe the Console

Actual results: "The following asset(s) located in immutable packages were unexpectedly altered...Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.core/Runtime/Debugging/Runtime UI Resources/RuntimeDebugWindow_PanelSettings.asset" Warning is thrown

Expected results: No Warnings

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a6
