The Data Mode button is missing, and the entities' properties are not shown on GameObjects

Thank you for reaching out to us with the issue. The Data Mode button in the inspector has been removed in Unity 6.5. The documentation is currently being updated to reflect this. To see the GameObject data in the inspector, select a GameObject. To see the Entities data in the inspector, select an Entity.

How to reproduce:

Open the “EntitiesCheck.zip” project
Open the “New Scene“
Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy
Observe the top right corner of the Inspector

Actual result: The Data Mode button (an empty/orange/red) circle is displayed
Expected result: The Data Mode button is not displayed

Reproducible in: 6000.5.0a6, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 60000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0a5

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2), macOS 15.7.4 (M1 Max)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: The Data Mode button exists until any GameObject is selected in the Hierarchy (for this to happen, the Library folder might have to be deleted before opening the project)
