Crash on GfxDeviceD3D11Base::DrawBuffersBatchMode when in Play mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Click on the “New Game“ button
4. Go up to the mirror and press “E“
5. Walk around for a few minutes after it loads

Expected result: Play mode continues
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1 - package errors

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: Step 5 can be sped up by sprinting (shift), jumping (space) and rapidly shaking the camera or alternatively you can open Scene view and move around the scene there.
