Cancelling this port, as the issue will be addressed in the 6000.0.x port
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Observe the Game View
4. Select “Global Volume“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Enable the Bloom under the Volume Component in the Inspector
6. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The Canvas is fullscreen
Actual result: The Canvas becomes smaller and shifts towards the corner of the screen
