Scripts submenu of the Add Component Menu can be scrolled horizontally

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open any Project
2. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy of a Scene
3. In the Inspector scroll to the bottom and click on "Add Component"
4. Select "Scripts" in the submenu
5. Try and scroll horizontally

Actual results: Submenu for Scripts can be scrolled horizontally

Expected results: Submenu cannot be scrolled horizontally like all the other submenus

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a7, 6000.2.0b2
