Unity Version Control: "Choose Repository" dialog title uses incorrect capitalisation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project 
2. Install Unity Version Control package
3. Open the Unity Version Control window 
4. Click "Create Workspace"
5. Click the "..." button next to the "Repository" field
6. Observe how the title "Choose repository" is displayed 

Actual results: Dialog title is "Choose repository" (sentence case — "repository" is not capitalised)

Expected results: Dialog title should be "Choose Repository" (title case, consistent with Unity UI conventions)

Reproducible with versions: 2.12.4 (6000.6.0a6, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.3.16f1)

Tested on (OS): Tahoe 26.5
