Hierarchy V2 Reset Columns leaves empty space and does not resize to fit when removing the columns

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Make sure Hierarchy V2 is enabled
3. Right-click the columns in the Hierarchy V2 and enable the "Active" column
4. Right-click the columns in the Hierarchy V2 and select "Reset Columns"
5. Observe the Hierarchy V2 window

Actual results: The column space where the "Active" column was is now a blank space 

Expected results: There is no blank space, resize to fit is called after resetting columns to fully "reset" the Hierarchy V2 window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4

Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.74f1 (due to no Hierarchy V2)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
