Offer to start the 14 day Trial for AI Assistant is shown when an organization with Credits is already connected to the Project

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP 3D Project
2. Install the AI Assistant Package
3. Connect a valid Unity Org that has access
4. Click the Package's AI Toolbar Button and observe it

Actual results: AI Panel offers to start their trial even though an organization with tokens is connected

Expected results: Offer to start trial is not shown

Reproducible with versions: 2.8.0-pre.1
