Project Auditor documentation opens for incorrect stream when clicking issue help icon in Top Ten Issues

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. Go to Window > Analysis > Project Auditor
3. Click "Install Rules" and "Start Analysis"
4. In the Summary tab, expand the "Top Ten Issues" foldout
5. Expand any issue
6. Click on its help icon to open documentation
7. Observe the documentation page

Actual results: Documentation page opens for incorrect stream, it seems to be hard-coded for the 6.4 stream

Expected results: The help icon opens the documentation page for the currently used stream

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.4.7f1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS 26.5
