Shader dropdown opens with excessive empty space when selecting a Material Shader

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using Universal 3D template
2. In the Project window, right-click > Create > Material
3. Select the newly created Material
4. In the Inspector, click on the dropdown next to "Shader"
5. Observe the opened dropdown

Actual results: Dropdown menu has an empty space at the bottom of the menu

Expected results: No empty spaces visible in the dropdown menu

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0a7

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
