OS Notification Documentation is missing when following hyperlink in Notifications Settings in Hub

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up Hub
2. Go to Settings and open the "Notifications" tab
3. Click on the "Documentation" hyperlink that's inside the "Having trouble receiving OS notifications?" info box

Actual results: A page not found is opened "https://docs.unity3d.com/hub/manual/SettingsNotifications.html"

Expected results: A functioning documentation page is opened
