Package manager license pop up modal window is rendered incorrectly on Linux

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new project
2.  Open Window > Package Management > Package Manager
3.  Top left press the “+” icon
4. Select “Install package from tarball…”
5. Add the attached package “ [Internal link] ”
6. Observe the modal window pop up

Actual results: 
The window contents are rendered not fully for the whole window

Expected results: 
The window and it contents are rendered fully within the bounds one the window

Reproducible with versions: 
6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 

Can’t test with versions: 
6000.0.73f1 - no modal window pop up for invalid trust package
6000.5.0a6 and earlier has a different issue: [Internal link] (fix for this issue possibly introduced this issue)

Tested on (OS): 
Ubuntu 24 (Open GL 4.5)

Works as expected on MacOS machine

Notes:

•  Seems like the window opening is missing one more repaint call or repaint is happening too soon while window is still not fully opened.
• Interacting with the window fixes the issue.
