"Initialization Mode" and "Update Mode" drop-downs are not localized in the Custom Render Texture asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Assets" -> "Create" ->"Rendering" ->  "Custom Render Texture"
3. Select the asset to view it in the Inspector
4. Expand the "Initialization Mode" dropdown and observe the list
5. Expand the "Update Mode" dropdown and observe the list

Actual results: Dropdown list items are displayed as code strings - "OnLoad", "OnDemand", and "Realtime"

Expected results: Items should be - "On Load", "On Demand", and "Real time"

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
