How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “DeleteConfirmationDialogMissing”
2. In the Project window, delete “New Material.mat” by pressing the “Delete” key

Expected result: There is a “Delete selected asset” dialog where you can either confirm or cancel the deletion
Actual result: The asset is deleted without any additional actions

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a5, 2023.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a3
Couldn’t test with: 2023.2.0a4 (There is a bug preventing pressing the “Delete” key)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
