How to reproduce:
1. Open the “SnapTest.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Select the “Sphere” GameObject
4. Disable and expand the Grid Snapping tool in the Overlay
5. Enable the "Snap to Grid" checkbox
6. Drag the Sphere in any direction, less than half the grid cell size of the distance (<0.5 units)
7. Enable the Grid Snapping tool
8. Move the Sphere a tiny bit (very little) for it to snap to the closest Grid cross
9. Observe the Transform Position values
Expected result: Position is a zero value (0,0,0)
Actual result: Position is a non-zero value
