Asset preview in Project window fails when folder names include Korean characters

Reproduction steps:

1. Open any or the attached “IN-139581” project
2. In the Project window, create a new folder and name it “에셋_폴더”
3. Inside the new folder, create any new file
4. Observe the new folder and compare to the Finder (macOS system file explorer)

Actual result: Files are not visible inside the Project window
Expected result: All Files or folders are always shown

Reproducible with: 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.0a6, 6000.3.14f1

Reproducible on: macOS 26.4.1
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

Note: Not all Korean characters cause the issue, if you try random names, some of them will be affected and some will not be
