Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Splash Screen Bug.zip“ project
2. Select the “Preview” button of the Splash image in Player Project Settings and observe the Game window

Expected result: Splash Screen Logos are rendered
Actual result: Splash Screen Logos are not rendered

Reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1

Reproduced on: Windows 10

Notes:

Not reproduced by CQA
User noted that the issue is also reproducible in Player
