Newly added selectors are not displayed in the docked Style Sheets window when re-entering in-context UXML editing until the cursor hovers over the window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP project
2. In the Hierarchy, right-click and select UI Toolkit > Standard Elements > Visual Element
3. Observe UI Viewport and Style Sheets windows open
4. Dock the Style Sheets window in the Editor
5. In the Style Sheets window, create a new selector (with a new StyleSheet)
6. Create another selector with any name
7. Save (Cmd+S) and exit in-context UXML editing
8. Re-enter in-context UXML editing
9. Without moving the cursor in the Style Sheet window, observe the Selectors in Style Sheets window

Actual results: Only the first added Selector is shown, other Selectors appear only after the cursor enters the Style Sheets window

Expected results: All available Selectors are shown immediately 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b1, 6000.7.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.4.12f1, 6000.5.1f1 (uxml editing In Context not available)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5
