"SGICE002" error is thrown to the Console when a Class is designated as Partial and inheriting SystemBase

I believe this was fixed in 1.1.0-pre.3, also as mentioned in the ticket. If you encounter this error, please update your package version.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “asapFirstShot“ project
2. Observe the Console

Expected result: No “SGICE002” error is thrown
Actual result: The “SGICE002” error is thrown

Reproduced with: 1.0.16, 1.1.0-exp.1 (2022.3.22f1)
Not reproduced with: 1.0.16, 1.2.0-pre.6 (6000.0.0b12)
Fixed in: 1.1.0-pre.3 (2022.3.22f1)

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (M1) (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
