“Create Node" window expands when toggling the details Panel in Visual Effect Graph window

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Visual Effect Graph package (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Create any Visual Effect Graph (Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph)
4. Double-click the Asset to open Visual Effect Graph window
5. Right-click on an empty space and select “Create Node"
6. Observe the window size and press “Show details panel” button
7. Press the same button again and observe the window size

Actual result: "Create Node" window remains expanded by the width of the details Panel
Expected result: "Create Node" window returns to its original size

Reproducible with: 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1), 17.0.4 (6000.0.78f1), 17.3.0 (6000.3.19f1), 17.5.0 (6000.5.2f1), 17.6.0 (6000.6.0b2, 6000.7.0a1)

Not reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Tahoe 26.5 (M4)
