"No profile is available" is thrown when entering Play Mode

Assigning MRTK Profile for the Desktops in the Player Settings solves the issue.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter Play Mode

Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: "No profile is available" is thrown

Reproducible with: 2022.3.20f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b7 (compilation errors in the Console window)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
